Silicone is versatile and high-performance — flexible and resistant to cracking. We meshed the lot, ran the topcoat through in one pass, and finished crisp into the openings.

  • Scaffold around the extension — safe access to every elevation, including over the skylights
  • Base coat with full reinforcing mesh — corners doubled up
  • Textured silicone topcoat — floated twice for a uniform finish
  • Crisp reveals around doors and skylights — tape lines, no overspray
  • Site cleared at the end of every day — scaffold tidy, ground raked, no mess for tomorrow
