How we approached it.
Black silicone is unforgiving — any uneven base coat shows through. We took our time on the mesh and the corners, double-checked the colour, and brought it up clean.
- Scaffold around the extension — safe access to every elevation, including the high pinch points
- Base coat with full reinforcing mesh — corners doubled up
- Black silicone topcoat — colour matched to spec, floated twice for a uniform finish
- Crisp reveals around windows and openings — tape lines, no overspray
- Site cleared at the end of every day — scaffold tidy, gravel raked, no mess for tomorrow
